So this bunch of GIFs has been reblogged hundreds of times and my question is, why?

Does nobody else see what is wrong here?!

  • She is doing box jumps onto a low bench.
  • She isn’t throwing crossovers into her jump roping.
  • She is front squatting just the bar.
  • Her arms aren’t even getting to parallel on her pushups.
  • She is doing body rows, not pullups.
  • She is shoulder pressing just the bar and DB Snatching a tiny kettlebell.

And I am suppose to be impressed, how?
